Prototyping

SK CONCEPTS creates prototypes for every packaging product before printing, scoring, die cutting, folding, and gluing it. This ensures that your product meets your exact specifications. Ink Lab

The ink lab of SK CONCEPTS is in-house. We can use UV ink to bring vibrant images and packaging to life. On-the-spot drawdowns can be made to match a specified color or previous print sample.

We offer the greatest choice of inks and coatings for every print or packaging purpose, whether it’s a unique spot color or textured finish. Here are some samples of our one-of-a-kind services:

Die Making

Steel rule dies are dependable and long-lasting. Our steel rule dies are made with a bespoke steel rule and a die base for long-lasting toughness.

We cut a high-density birch board on our routing table using your artwork file, bend and lay the cutting-edge rule, and finish with an ejection rubber overlay. Following the steel rule die cutting procedure, we will store your die in our warehouse for future manufacturing, which will save you time and money.

SK CONCEPTS Printing

We use special effects in our printing.

Our Heidelberg 40″ presses have one-of-a-kind technology systems. We are one of the few companies in China using this cutting-edge printing technique. With the CMYK process colors plus the three additional colors orange, green, and violet, multicolor technology covers up to 95% of the PANTONEยฎ color guide โ€“ and does it flawlessly.

All spot colors are converted to Multicolor process colors by our program. To match the print to the digital artwork, we can convert RGB files to Multicolor. This technology’s printing has to be seen to be believed.
